1. Legal Requirements

You must hold a valid UK Provisional Driving Licence and present it to your instructor on your first lesson. You must also be able to read a standard UK number plate from a distance of 20.5 meters (with glasses or contact lenses if necessary).

2. Lesson Cancellations

To ensure our instructors can manage their schedules, we have a strict cancellation policy:

• More than 48 hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling.
• Between 24 and 48 hours notice: You will be charged 50% of the lesson fee.
• Less than 24 hours notice (or same-day cancellations): You will be charged the full 100% lesson fee with no refund.

3. Fitness to Drive

You must be fit to drive. Your instructor reserves the right to cancel a lesson immediately (with the lesson fee forfeited) if they suspect you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or if you are medically unfit to drive.

4. Use of the Vehicle for the Driving Test

The instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the driving school car for the practical driving test if, in the instructor's professional opinion, you are not up to test standard and pose a risk to public safety.

5. Payments and Block Bookings

Payments for single lessons must be made at the beginning of the lesson. Block bookings must be paid in full in advance to receive the discounted rate. Block bookings are non-refundable once the first lesson has commenced.
